Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sink Deep mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Sink Deep is a scripture memorization app that helps users memorize and review Bible verses and passages at their own pace. The App is provided by rsmc,llc.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sink Deep on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Scripture Text and Translations

Bible verses displayed in the App are provided by API.Bible. Copyrighted translations are used under license or in accordance with the applicable publisher's terms of use; public domain translations are used freely. We do not claim ownership of the scripture text itself.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Use the App to distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Except for the scripture text described above, the App's design, code, graphics, and branding are the property of rsmc,llc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

Sink Deep is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rsmc,llc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
